Referral and Collaboration

We work directly with agency social workers or case managers in order to intake elder participants. We also refer elders to these collaborating organizations for services.

All ElderFriends volunteers participate in a comprehensive training that helps them to facilitate self-advocacy for their elder friends by connecting them with community services that are available to them.
